Unique perceptions of the world by individuals make experiences true to oneself. The human body is a tool that interacts directly with the world, and through its movements, we express our innermost emotions. When the body overcomes rigidity, emotions become more vibrant. Our event blended the softness of shadows, light, and colours within a performative space, in collaboration with the London Contemporary Dance School. We aimed to explore both tangible and intangible relationships, delving into the depths of our body's capabilities. As we reflect on the performance, we invite you to ponder whether we have underestimated our bodies and their extraordinary potential.
