Set in the quiet rhythms of rural China, Everything She Believes In follows Huiying, a devoted mother who turns to tradition, faith, and superstition to protect her ailing son. As the boy’s health falters, she navigates between the comfort of rituals and the harsh reality of illness, haunted by the memory of her late husband. Balancing fragile hope and deep despair, the film paints an intimate portrait of maternal love, grief, and the fragile boundary between belief and survival.
